to commission meI only accept payments through PayPalI send invoices in USD
I don't accept transfers or cryptocurrency

After that I'll cancel the invoice and wait until you have the funds - can be discussedIf you cancel your commissions after I cleaned the sketch
I'll refund 80% of what was paid

Process
----------------Please send a short description along with the references that I will need
if I need something else related to that I will let you know - please avoid giving me your whole OC's life or personality since that won't affect the picture at all
I follow orders as long as you give them clearI will send the pre-sketch idea
If you're ok with what I did I'll proceed to clean the sketch which I'll ask if I need to fix something or change anything
I will accept 1 pose change for free if I didn't do what you wanted in pre-sketch
After cleaning the sketch any change will get an extra fee that you must pay immediatelyAfter you accept the cleaned sketch
I'll proceed to line art it
Take in consideration that I won't change anything at this point so don't insistTime will be discussed
But i try not to take too much unless something happened or you asked for many commissions and I need to finish that queueIts your own responsibility to backup the artwork that I gave you
I tend to save my files but I tend to clean my disk from now and then so
save it - I'm not responsible after giving the finished pieceYou are free to post anywhere without asking as long as you keep my signature and don't alter the artwork in any sense
If I catch you putting watermarks or affect it in any way the autorship seems broken
I won't work with you anymore
Just credit me and don't alter it ok?You don't own the copyright of the picture
You're paying the service of portraying your character or ideas in my artwork
aka you don't own the piece copyrights
you own only your character copyrightsI can try to copy artstyles from TV/Manga/Anime/Cartoons that are known everywhere

I WON'T COPY ANOTHER ARTIST STYLE
This means that if you see another artist in any social media and you want me to copy it
I'll decline the commission immediately

Refusal of Service
----------------I have all the right to refuse service under any circumstance
I have all the right to refuse doing something that I simply don't like
If you're disrespectful or offend me somehow I'll refuse taking your commission and I won't work with you after your mistakeI rarely have problems with people but if I have to block you I will
I'll finish your commission and I won't work with you anymore as I said aboveIf I see that you've got warnings by other artists (I tend to check new clients)
I won't accept any commissions from you and I'll block youI won't work with people that didn't have permission for certain kind of artworks
(aka NSFW or explicit fetishes)
If you want to gift someone something
that is SFW like an icon or a cute portrait
you don't need to show me permission for that
As long as I draw something
that won't hurt anyone I'm fine with itI won't accept anyone that tries to get discounts out of nowhere or argues that i'm overpricing my work
If you want cheaper work then go
somewhere else
Unless we're talking about projects over 400-600 usd
I won't discuss any pricing unless I say so
This means that the price that I'm giving you
from the start is the one that you'll have to pay
There are many other artists out there that you can get art from
If you want to commission me that means that you are interested in my style and work no matter the price I'm asking for
I have all the rights to block you if you insist in discussing something related to this
